Location next to theater and restaurants was very convenient

Great apartment with everything you need right in the heart of Cortona. Safe, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great! I used this apartment as my home base while in Italy for two weeks. Was nice to cook some of my own meals in the full kitchen, and wash clothes while away. Bus takes you to train station for trips to Florence or Rome so it’s a convenient location for side trips. There is plenty of free parking you just need to be patient. There are lots of stairs at the apartment, and lots of steep hills to go up in Cortona, but worth it. I just happened to be in Cortona during the annual festivities and markets, flag throwing, jousts, etc. so it was a special time to be there. The apartment looks right out onto the Teatro so a lovely and convenient area to stay! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

location is excellent with great bakery and restaurants close by and all the sites and supermarket and shopping
