Excellent location, nice view and short distance to the center and to the beach. Easy access by car and there is a reserved parking. The apartment was larger than I expected and very well furnished (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.). The AC was very effective, despite the aparment being in the attic and therefore quite warm in summer.
