It’s all about the location! Right by Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. We arrived late so didn’t encounter any staff but their organisation and communication was excellent. I was worried when the complimentary bits included ear plugs but actually the room was very quiet.
This history of the home and the family owned business was so special. We were greeted by the owner and he was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.
Excellent location right off the square, quick access to restaurants, bars and sights of Florence! Room was clean and comfortable!

Excellent property literally at the heart of the city. It is a little hard to find (you may find it inconvenient at the beginning but give it some time), images at booking help. Checking in and out were done online and were smooth. Communication through whatsapp done by the owners helped. However, would prefer a little more human interaction to be honest. Overall, a great and comfortable stay in an historical building.
