I had no problem communicating with Luciana via WhatsApp to arrange check-in. She was wonderful, and provided much-appreciated juice, coffee, and a few breakfast items. The apartment's location is great - right on the edge of the sassi, walkable everywhere, and surrounded by places to eat, drink, shop, etc.. Importantly for me, I found free street parking 6 minutes away, on Via Antonio Gramsci. If you're on a budget, this is a steal, and you get a whole apartment!
Location was superb, apartment was quiet and stayed fairly cool even without the aircon on. Loved that the host had left water and juice in the fridge and, although we didn't use, had left coffee pods, melba toasts and spreads. The host was kind enough to let us stay slightly longer before checking out as there were no guests arriving that day.
The apartment is like home, so comfortable. And quite well equipped. On a pedestrian street, with grocery / take away food options right outside the door.
Location - Very close to Piazza Vittoria, the center of things. Close also to the Sassi.
Quiet. Big old well-maintained building with thick walls and high ceilings. Elevator access.
Friendly host. Loves her city, keen to share tips.

Very nice and private appartment, comfortable and with perfect location. It was really nice and helpful of the lady to leave a bottle of water and other basic things in the fridge. Thank you, I have had a very nice stay here!
