Great little lovely penthouse with a nice view and very close to Maria Pia which was our main destination. The apartment was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the corner restaurant was selling amazing pizza. Giorgio was very welcoming and helpful to accommodate all of our needs. I highly recommend this apartment.
The property was very clean and in walking distance to Maria Pia the nearby beach. It also had air conditioning which was great during the high heat.
Giorgio was very welcoming, the apartment was clean and the apartment had great accessibility and private parking. Our room had a great view of the garden and was in a calm neighborhood.

The owner of the house was so helpful on arrival
, he met us at the gates, went through a map of Alghero and told us restaurant to eat in and tourist things to do, he was so lovely & very helpful
The stay was wonderful for a family of 5 people. Quiet area, beach within walking distance, supermarkets close by and good bus connections. Giorgio was very kind and forthcoming and always available when we needed help. Would definitely stay here again.
