The location is amazing next to this incredible overlook where you can have amazing coffee at the librarium. There are 2 amazing churches within a few minutes walk. It was so comfortable and clean and safe. The host was so kind and helpful.

Mrs. Marisa is a wonderful host. She is very friendly and helpful. She answered all questions quickly. It is a very cozy and comfortable accommodation, it is in a great location close to the center, in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and more. It will remain in our memory.
The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Cagliari. It’s close to the city center and the University of Cagliari. The area is completely safe, even at night, and because the apartment is not on a main road, it’s very quiet in the evenings. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars.
The apartment itself was spotless, and Marisa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including fresh fruit and cold water on arrival. The air conditioning works very well, and the home is equipped with high-quality amenities.
Marisa is a fantastic host—always available to answer questions or offer help. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in the city center!
The accommodation is new and located in the historical centre of Cagliari. However, it should be noted that it is situated in the basement without a window. The owner is kind and helpful.
