This was a great apartment for the three of us - one very spacious master bedroom and an additional bedroom area. Very nicely equipped kitchen for simple meals, and a grocer two doors down. Everything was clean and worked well and more than anything was just very warm and welcoming and bright. The location was great, and right by their Duomo and museums and restaurants of this historic town. So glad we visited and we definitely want to return!

Centrally located in stunning Orvieto. A bit of a sweat to navigate through the town as there is road work at the moment (July 2024) but good communication with Sabrina through WhatsApp helped us through that, we had two rooms, very comfortable beds, a kitchen, good bathroom. We parked the car in front of the property to unload and parked it in a garage nearby. Sabrina helped us through all of that, even with our luggage, you couldn’t wish for anyone more gracious than Sabrina.

Fantastic location right in the town center, but it's very quiet. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The host is very friendly and helped us make taxi arrangements for the next day. Will definitely stay again if visiting orvieto.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had our own car, and driving in old, hilltop towns can be disastrous in Italy! But we were given explicit driving instructions which were accurate and easy to understand, to our secure underground parking area. The apartment was cute, and functional and could easily have accommodated 4 people. The bathroom was fine for Italy and the kitchen was lovely. The location is basically unbeatable, right on the main street and felt completely safe.
