Owner communication, location (not far from Milano Centrale) close to Public Transport.
The apartment was very comfortable, nice and clean. We had everything we needed.
It’s very safe and easy to find- easy check in and check out.
Close to the metro so it was easy to get to areas of interest, easy to find and access, great communication from the owner, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and was powerful. Basic but tidy and clean little apartment. We enjoyed out stay.
Casa Verde is well-located, with metro access and also walkable (25 minutes) from the central railway station. Aldi is five minutes walk away, with Lidl just a little further and there are plenty of other amenities within easy walking distance, yet the street itself is relatively quiet. I had good instructions on how to access the keys from the key safe for self check-in and the apartment has almost everything necessary (a sharp knife or pair of scissors would have been useful, however, for opening food packaging). There were liquitabs for the washing machine, which meant that I didn't have to buy any when I visited the store! I was visiting Milan mainly to attend Teatro della Scala for the opera and found it quick and easy to get there and back, with direct metro access.
