Excellent location and facilities. Visited out of season, communication with hotel was excellent.

The hotel was perfect, high standard all round. customer service was unreal, never had a better experience in my life. I left a very small and expensive item by mistake, contacted the hotel a couple days later. Turns out the cleaner found it, and they arranged a courier to collect it and get it back to me in the UK. Not only is this hotel in a great spot, with a vibrant, great looking room and amazing view of the lake - but it was also one of the more affordable choices in the area. This also shows you can trust the staff on duty. I will be returning for sure if I ever come back to this part of Italy.

The room and also the lobby were very nicely furnished and seemed quite clean, the view over a cute little harbor, the lake and the main road was amazing

Schöne Lage des Hotels, auch mit Blick zum Innenhof ruhig und ordentlich. Sauberkeit wird hoch geschrieben. Komfort durch Bademantel, Hausschuhe, Kaffee/Tee und Badutensilien. Self-checkin sehr gut.
