The owner kindly met us at the entrance to the car park and took us up to the apartment and showed us around. He gave us a lot of useful information and was very pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - a 10-15 minute walk into the very centre of Aosta, and a five minute drive to the Pila cable car. All very easy and seamless. I would definitely choose to stay here again if ever I go back to Aosta.
Property has access to free parking and fully equipped with facilities. Nice views from the property too.

Poco fuori il centro di Aosta è la posizione ideale per chi ha intenzione sia di visitare Aosta sia di visitare l'intera valle! Gian Mario eccezionale proprietario!
Ottima posizione vicino all'ospedale Umberto Parini, per quel che ha riguardato l'interesse del mio soggiorno, lo stabile un po' datato ma tutto molto confortevole e in ottimo stato. La possibilità di avere il parcheggio riservato e facilmente accessibile è sicuramente un grande vantaggio. L'appartamento è al top con tutti i confort descritti, ben arredato e ben strutturato, molto ampio, con la possibilità di caffè, tisane e piccole necessità offerte dal proprietario, anche per potersi preparare un piccolo pasto. La tv si vede bene e il segnale wifi è ottimo. Biancheria da bagno, lenzuola e coperte e il necessario in cucina, più che buono. Ben illuminato, con una bella vista sulle montagne, essendo al sesto piano e servito da ascensore. Molto semplice il ritiro e la consegna delle chiavi. Ritengo sia un ottimo punto di appoggio, per visitare la città. Il nostro soggiorno è stato più che soddisfacente e lo consiglio vivamente.
