Silvia was helpful and kept in touch well. Helped us if we had any problems or questions. The apartment matched the description very well. The balcony was large and the views from there were beautiful. The apartment was quiet. There was space for the car. The location was good.

Large, comfortable apartment with air conditioning. Parking space also large and comfortable, practically on the other side of the street. Elevator in the building. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, there is an electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, even salt and pepper :). comfortable large bed. Extravagant shower visible from the bedroom adds charm ;) Very nice Silvia, practically available all the time on Whatsap and very helpful in all matters. All this at an affordable price for a stay on Lake Como. We intend to go back there!

We stayed in this apartment for one night but I would love to spend here more time. It is very well equipped and situated close to the lake, shops and area with restaurants. There is parking just near the apartment. Very convenient if you travel by car. Check in was easy and fast. The host also provided us with all required information in WhatsApp. The equipment of the apartment is really great. It has everything you could need. The furniture is expensive and in good condition. There is a balcony with a table and great view on mountains. It is great to eat and drink there.

Sylvia is one of the most attentive and responsive hosts we’ve ever met. The apartment is spacious, well supplied, with a comfortable, big bed and a very nice bathroom. The location is also very good (less than 15 minute walk to Lecco promenade) with free parking (on street but Sylvia makes sure that you have a spot). The only negative which is not Sylvia’s fault is the crazy Italian norm of buildings turning off the heat from 2200-0700ish. That doesn’t seem to happen in hotels. We certainly recommend Sylvia’s place, Lecco and Varenna.
