Location is great! Apartment was spotless/clean. Love the little balcony and in spite of being near everything, the street itself on is quiet and peaceful

The host, Luciano, really went out of his way to be accommodating

The apartment is incredibly beautiful and practical. It is in the middle of the old town, but still quiet, as it is in a side street. You can still reach everything almost immediately. It is on the first floor, with a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine and detergent, dishes, dishwashing liquid, ice cubes in the ice compartment etc. It's TV in all three rooms, as well as air conditioning (I didn't use it because it wasn't that warm yet). Bathroom and toilet are small, but completely renovated and super clean.The owner was super nice and accommodating, always responded to inquiries very quickly. Overall, a great stay. I can only recommend it!

We have been coming to Monopoli for 10 years now and this is the best property we have stayed in. Luciano was an excellent host, he was there to meet us, even when we arrived late with travel delays, and he was always very quick to answer any text with any questions I had. The apartment was fantastic, both bedrooms were very spacious, loads of space for bags, clothes, inflatables etc. Everything is new and fresh and the place is super clean. We loved the little balcony the most and we sat out there at every opportunity, whether just reading, watching the world go by, breakfast etc. It has a good secure door on the entrance of the apartment and the location is great as it is in a very central location in the old town, but is not noisy at all, as it is down a very quiet street, so no noise. Really enjoyed this apartment and hope to stay here again, highly recommend.
