We stayed 15 nights with our dog and loved Cascina Borgofrancone, her owner, staff and the surrounding area.
The owner and staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful from small to major, the buffet breakfast is delicious, fresh and varied everyday, there is a Finnish and 2 dry saunas, the swimming pool is small but big enough for easy going relaxation, the rooms are clean, stylish and have wonderful views.
The surrounding is magnificent, the mountain views, the old farm houses, with the freezing river Adda, the fresh lake and many walks to Colico, the waterfalls or neighbouring towns. The people from this part of Italy are so open and good! We all loved our stay!
Very good breakfast. And a nice and quiet location.
Restaurant facility that provided breakfast was excellent. Choice and quality always top with home made products made from home grown produce. The staff always asked if other hot drink requirements besides coffee was required. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the site was off road so, no main road traffic.
Very nice location in the middle of nature. Bodenlake was also 10 minutes away. Wellness, swimming pool and plenty of sport offers makes your vacation perfect. And breakfast was just incredible.
Our 3rd stay in this place. There is something about this property. Its very quite and comfortable. Spa and Sauna are great. Breakfast could be better as the choice of food items is "this cake or that cake". You get the point, but cannot fault with that.
