Laura was very friendly, she was waiting for us, we arrived in the late evening after 11 p.m. She showed us the casetta which was opening from a narrow street (alley). The flat was very clean equipped with everything we needed, with new things. It is located in the city center, near the central staition (train and bus), many restaurants, shops in the neighbourhood.

The location of this place is excellent: roughly mid-way between the station and the beginning of the central (and therefore touristic) zone, and thus convenient for almost everything in Palermo. Yet it's located just far enough away from a main street, in a narrow alley off another narrow alley, that it's comparatively quiet, yet it's a short walk both to Via Maqueda and to Via Roma. It's on the ground floor and one's window faces the street, but the apartment is 'deep' enough that in bed one is quite far from the window. There is an excellent kitchen, so this would be a great place for someone who wanted to cook. And the price was very reasonable compared to other places in Palermo.

Great place, in a nice little street, there is everything you need and a washing machine. Friendly host!
