Very nice appartment, with a lovely terrace where we spent every evening. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious living room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Internet was very fast, AC working well and washing machine available. Parking available next to the building. We highly recommend Casetta Pitz. The property is very close to the center yet feels retrieved and it’s own quiet area. The balcony is a great place to enjoy some wine and relax after a long. The property was extremely peaceful.

The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need to prepare a meal - pots, pans, utensils etc. Mr. Maurizio was quick to respond and meet us at the apartment to explain everything. There is also a dedicated parking spot.

Appartamento molto comodo sia al centro di Olbia che per visitare parte dell'isoola

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato per ragioni di salute, mio marito doveva operarsi all’ospedale di Olbia. L’appartamento confortevole e pulito. Il proprietario molto gentile, avevamo orari un po’ scomodi dovuti al traghetto ma ci ha permesso di fare il check-in la mattina presto e il check-out nel tardo pomeriggio, cosi da permettere a mio marito di riposarsi prima di affrontare il viaggio. Tutto perfetto!
