The apartment is located on a quiet street, in a neighborhood full of vegetation, 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. The access by car is very easy from the motorway. It is one of the best apartments I found during my travels. The beds were very comfortable, and all the items inside the apartment was of high quality.
Everything was perfect - the place is big enough for at least 4 people and has everything you need for a good holiday in Bologna. There is a possibility for a self-check-in and the host was super friendly. It was very tidy and clean as well.

Decent sized apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find and get in. On 4th floor, but lift for luggage was very helpful.
Marco was a really lovely host. We did not meet him in person but he was brilliant at answering our questions via message and all the details we needed for self check in was perfect. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We used the sofa bed and both bedrooms, and all were comfortable. :-) The shower was luxurious too.
We were able to park on the street outside and paid for this parking using the 'easypark' app so we didn't need to leave the building, we could just pay to park when we woke up from the comfort of our bed! The apartment is on the 4th floor but there was a lift to get our suitcases upstairs (it is very slow but gets you there eventually!). We were able to walk into the centre of Bologna in about 25-30 mins...
