NEW EVERYTHING! Great location near ski lifts and great hiking trails starting right in the backyard of the building. Privacy is great and the front view of the mountains is breath taking. First and second floor both have patios facing the mountains. Kitchen is excellent with oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machines, pots and pans... absolutely everything you will ever need is all here. There is parking right at the entrance and the owner Arianna is so kind and helpful. She will react to your requests all the time. Me and my family enjoyed our stay so much. This is absolutely the best place I have stayed so far.

Cozy, beautifully designed apartment is located aside from Livigno downtown in elevated position at the entrance to Val Federia. The ones who prefer to be accommodated in unique, romantic location away from crowds while still in walking distance from the downtown of Livigno will love this place.
