The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment was well equipped and clean. I appreciate the perfect communication with the host via messages before arrival and during the stay. As a bonus, there is a view of the countryside directly from the apartment. The terrace is facing the sunny side, so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside. The place is about 100 m from the cross-country ski trail. We will probably come back next time.

At your disposal is a separate apartment, with a living room and a bedroom located on the opposite side of the road, on the ground floor. The owner lives on the second floor. Silence around, because the house itself is located on the outskirts of Levigno. In the evening we walked in nature around on paths laid specially for walking. There are also specially attached ski tracks for cross-country skiing. Private parking near the front door. Convenient kitchen, fully equipped, including an oven and a dishwasher. Each room has a radiator with its own thermostat, which was very convenient for drying ski suits (we dried them in the living room). Very friendly and hospitable host. Excellent connection via WA. Immediate response to any request. We really enjjoyned. Highly recomened.

Our second time in Livigno, and we had very good time. The apartment is amazing, very quiet and with beautiful view. Bedroom includes bed sheets, extra pillows and a big closet. The bathroom very clean and with towels provided. The kitchen was incredible, have many plates, cups, silverware and cooking equipment like pots and pans in different sizes. Also there is a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, oven and big refrigerator. The apartment is close to bus station and 200 meters from lift so you can walk and then ski to the central carusello. Also ten minutes walk from big supermarket and pharmacy. And last but not least, the owner, Ramona is very nice and always in touch if we needed anything.

It was a good experience, it's our first time skiing but we were satisfied.
