Great place and Pietro is a great host! There was everything for nice breakfest ready. He advised us where to go and where to eat and was very helpful
during the whole stay. Looking forward to come again, Lenka and Jiri
Pietro was a perfect host. Refridgerator stocked with OJ, milk, yogurt with coffee and croissants. Printed information with recommended restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to the train station and 10 to the city center.
The location was central, easy to get anywhere by foot. The breakfast was good and plenty enough.

The location is perfect. It offered good amenities for our stay and was comfortable and clean.
Pietro was very accommodating and helped us feel very at home. He assisted with a few recommendations I asked him about. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well and is spacious. There was snacks in the fridge which was nice after flying in to Bologna and rushing to the flat. Very quite flat even though we were above a Main Street. Nicely located as we walked everywhere to see Bologna.
