It is very spacious,it has a fan which is very handy when it is very hot and it has a little terrace .It is on the first floor which I also liked.You really feel at home!
Accoglienza dei genitori dell'host compresa la loro cagnolina :-), e dell'host Roberto. Ampiezza dell'appartamento, e totale disponibilità di qualsiasi oggetto fosse necessario per poter vivere nell'appartamentino. Facilità di parcheggio nelle strade limitrofe e una ottima pizzeria (I Portici) di fronte alla struttura che effettua anche asporto
Ringraziamo in primis Roberto, per essersi messo fin da subito a disposizione e per averci consigliato i posti dove andare. La casa veramente molto bella, moderna, pulita, siamo stati 4 giorni fantastici, posizione fantastica a 10/15 minuti dalle spiagge di Pittulongu, Golfo aranci ecc, spiagge veramente carine, a 20/30 minuti da Cala Brandichi, Porto taverna, la Cinta e molto altro.
Esta muy bien equipado y cómodo. Ha cumplido perfectamente con mis expectativas. La próxima vez que viaje a olbia volver a reservar sin duda.
Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein toller Vermieter, sehr Sympathisch. Er hat mich persönlich empfangen und mir die Wohnung vorgestellt und unkompliziert übergeben. Kleinigkeit wie Kaffee stellt er kostenlos zu Verfügung und reagiert zeitlich wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und liegt in einer eher ruhigen Umgebung. Den Verkehr hört man gelegentlich, da das Zimmer an einer Straße liegt, dennoch wurde ich garnicht davon gestört. Das Bett ist wirklich großartig, es scheint wohl eine spezielle Matratze zu sein, die für sehr guten Schlaf sorgt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Randgebiet der Stadt, dennoch kann man fussläufig alles für den täglichen Bedarf besorgen. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Danke nochmal an Roberto!
