Everything, safe off street parking, bike garage, clean, modern and very spacious.
The property was clean, modern and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and apartment. They also offered all necessary when traveling with a baby, really appreciated. Private parking is also a plus.
The room was very clean and modern, located in a quiet and comfortable area surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, a fuel station, and other convenient services. We truly enjoyed our stay as a family. Roberta was extremely supportive, professional, and responsive in all communications. If we visit Riva again, we will definitely choose Civico 65 once more.
AC is integrated into the appartment so the temperature is as you set it without air blowing anywhere, everything is new and well though out, free bikes, very nice complementaries. Best stay we ever had.

Parkplatz direkt IN (nicht irgendwo draußen) der Unterkunft über eigenes Garagentor beim Hauseingang. Reichlich Platz zum Ein -und Aussteigen.
Für Mountainbiker oder andere Radfahrer gibts eine eigene Station für kleinere Reparaturen und was super ist für Erstere - Gartenschlauch zum reinigen und Manometer fürn Reifendruck checken und Befüllen.
Die Gastgeberin ‚Roberta‘ ist sympathisch, höflich, in der nähe zu Hause und mittels Messenger unkompliziert zu erreichen.. kein lästiges Einchecken oder sonstige Formalitäten - Ankommen - Einziehen - Urlaub genießen.
