We had a wonderful stay at this apartment located right in the city center. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The landlord was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with our requests , no matter the time. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place in the heart of the the wonderful L’ Aquila city!

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while I was doing an Italian course. The apartment was great - well-equipped kitchen, right in the centre of town with two lovely squares with cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street with a supermarket very close by so location couldn’t be better, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Gabriele was an excellent and very helpful and welcoming host.
The location, the cleanliness, the interior of the apartment was great. Also the host was very kind!
