The apartment is very spacious and well lit with cheery and fun decorations, making it very welcoming. The kitchen holds everything necessary to do some cooking. The bed is comfortable, with plugs close by. The wifi is strong. The hosts were available as needed. The location is perfect, in the center of the old town and just an 11 minute walk to the train station.

The apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Arezzo, near restaurants and shopping, and is located 2 blocks from the San Francesco Church, perfect are going to see The Legend of the True Cross in the church. It was clean, well equipped, and and decorated in a fun and eclectic way. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Located at street level so super easy for handling luggage. The host, Fabio if I remember, was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station. We had a great time in Arezzo and at Civico 7

This is one of the best accommodations I had in recent days. Very pretty and clean apartment in the middle of old town of Arezzo. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation in an old style build and set up. Loved staying there. Close to all the inner city sites.

Nice, comfortable, clean and a central location.. Just around the corner from all major attractions and our favourite coffee shop for breakfast. Would definitely stay again, if we return to Arezzo.
