Ideal location. It is a short walk to a railway station and very close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The host Maurizio is very attentive, ready to fulfil any wish. The apartment is just as described with well equipped kitchen.
Two aspects really stood out about this property. First is the wonderful location, especially if you have kids. There is a Carrefour nearby as well as some fruit and vegetable stalls across the road. There is also a playpark nearby and of course, the (free) beach is just a short walk away. There are plenty of great restaurants, fine geletarie, etc. in the area. The area also feels safe and seems popular with families with young children.
The second aspect was the attentive helpfulness of Maurizio, who went out of his way to assist and advise us and was always available. Fantastic host!

Апартаменты полностью соответствовали описанию на сайте. Отличные инструкция по заселению. На кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды. Близко от пляжа. В шаговой доступности продовольственный магазин, рынок. Уборка апартаментов - раз в 3 дня. Отличный сад.
Дуже гарне місцезнаходження, дуже близько як до моря , так і до вокзалу, щоб доїхати до Ватикану і Риму, багато магазинів поруч, а також овочевий ринок через дорогу
