The rooms are spacious and tidy. The beds are comfortable. There is a walking distance super market called BASKO. The house is not quite far from La Spezia train station. It’s about 30 minute or less on foot. The owner is very nice and his mother is very kind and warm-hearted.
This is a very big, comfortable 3-bedroom flat with a friendly host. It is 10 minutes' walking distance from the port. It is ideal for people looking for comfort and who do not spend much time in the neighbourhood.
We left/ forgot some belongings in the flat, and the host shipped them to us.
