Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Genua, direkt vor der Tür hält der Bus.
L'accès de plain-pied par une petite cour. La grande terrasse derrière la maison pour des fabuleux petits-déjeuners, apéros et dîners face à la mer. L'organisation de l'appartement : Deux chambres et un beau salon et une belle cuisine qui font une belle pièce de vie pour circuler, se retrouver. La machine à café Nespresso. Le très bon glacier juste en face de l'entrée de l'appartement. Une boulangerie à proximité. Un supermarché COOP non loin à pied (8h-20h). Une plage pour se baigner avec un accès à 100 mètres. Des bars et restaurants de plage d'un côté. Des restaurants de l'autre côté, en face de l'hôpital. Des places de parking gratuites tout au long de la route. Sinon, un parking payant souterrain sous l'hôpital. Des arrêts de bus de chaque côté de la maison pour aller à Gênes rapidement notamment. La gare de Sturla, non loin.

Appartamento grande e molto luminoso con una vista molto bella e la possibilità di fare una colazione anche in terrazza e con una bella vista mare. La spiaggia vicina è comoda anche solo per un tuffo in mare o prendersi il sole qualche ora con la comodità di stare a 2 minuti dalla propria abitazione e quindi scendere in spiaggia anche solo in costume e maglietta o magari fare un bagno presto la mattina o nel tardo pomeriggio.
