Cozy lovely property with vintage authentic furniture, full equipment. Far from noisy general street, good for calm relax. Balcony has a nice sea view (and a nice surprise there are few balconies 🤌). 5 min. walk to Conad shop, tabaccheria, aprox 10 min. walk to the first beach (must to know one shortcut). Also property has a parking place in Sanremo it is very important thing cause usually to find parking place takes a lot off time during the summer.
Our host Fabio was amazing and very very responsive. We loved the apartment, 2 bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen was clean, the whole apartment was very comfortable. Its close to the bike path and trendy cafes once you find the shortcut..

Practically I liked everything. The apartment has all the amenities. Everything is as it is written. The location is excellent. large apartment, perfectly clean, very comfortable. Sea 10 minutes walk. Fabio, he is the owner, so friendly, attentive, he answers any questions immediately, a man with humor. Some positive emotions remained with us 🙂
Appartamento ampio, ben accessoriato (lavastoviglie!, lavatrice...) con due bagni (entrambi con cabina doccia) spaziosi e funzionali. Anche la cucina è ben attrezzata. Situato in zona silenziosa e lontana dall'Aurelia, l'edificio è in un grande giardino con belle piante e con balconi che guardano verso il mare. Spazio auto riservato al coperto, non troppo grande ma comunque prezioso dato che le zone collinari della città non offrono soluzioni di parcheggio.
