La struttura è molto accogliente, dieci minuti dal casello autostradale di Viareggio.
Completa di tutti i confort: aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice.
Ottima anche la posizione su una strada secondaria e riservata ma vicina ad un supermercato, una stazione di rifornimento, un bar.
Zona tranquilla, rilassante, collegata bene con il centro, bar supermercato vicino ben fornito.
