Clean place, very good location, great customer service.
It was clean and closed to all the places we wanted to visit.
Location was ideal from all the sites in Florence and the train station. Inbuild laundry was a plus along with open area to dry them. As family of four, we appreciated having two bathrooms.
The apartment is located at the ground floor, it is modern, spacious and clean. It gave a warm homey feeling & we had everything we needed as a family.
We appreciated the number of rooms, the cleanliness, the white towels, and the books on the shelves.
