Julian is a great young man and super helpful and I wish if I had a friend like him.
This is close to most of the historical places.
Air conditions are very good, hot water is good. Kitchen is good. The sofa main is very spacious and make sure to put your head towards the sofa.

The appartment's location is excellent as it has a food store just round the corner and is walking distance to both the Colosseum and the metros. The appartment is well catered for by the host who is very accommodating for the guests needs.
Wel maintained rooms and a nice kitchen. Very clean rooms and enough space for 4 people to stay. Very close to train and bus stop. Even cloth drying track and dishwasher liquid were there. We were able to use them. Well thought through with lot of storage places.
Best place to stay in Rome. 10 minutes walk to Coloseum. Carrefour downstairs. Apartment is big, comfy, well stocked, clean. The Owner was really helpful and communicative.
