L'appartement est situé au 2eme étage et le balcon donne sur la pinède qui arrive à la plage. C'est un endroit joli. On peut manger sur le balcon équipé d'un mobilier d'extérieur. Deux transats et un parasol sont mis à disposition sur la plage privée à proximité. L'immeuble est situé au centre de Porto Santa Margherita mais l'appartement (coté mer) est très calme.
