We arrived late and just needed somewhere to rest on our way to our eventual destination. Cristal palace surpassed our expectations. Perfectly clean very helpful staff and excellent coffee at breakfast.
Very kind people. Good service . Good restaurant
Good stuff. Good place to stay. Some rooms could be more modern. But! This is Italy. The same things are almost everywhere.
The breakfast was quite good, except for the lack of vegetables. The bed and room were comfortable. Services were adequate, and the staff was attentive. There was valet service; they parked my car and had it ready at the door at my checkout time.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was close to the vibrant city centre.
