There was the hosts at location waiting for us to arrive. he was very professional and give us a lot information about the property and the area, The apartment was very good located walking distance from the major attractions on Florence, Lorenzo and Mattias make our stay very pleasant .
The suite was huge and it was nice to have a regular kitchen where we could cook if we wanted. The laundry was an added bonus as well. Not too far from the train station and basilica as well. The host was great at showing us the apartment and left a handy list of recommendations for food and drinks!
Great location. Easy communication (thorough discussion in advance, digital contract, quick assistance), the apartment has everything you might need (including kitchen and grocery stores nearby).
Internet is Fast!
The location is perfect, just a 10min walk from the train station and all the major attractions. The host is very helpful and replies promptly in all requests. The room is as advertised, quite big with two air-condition units that are very useful during summer.
