Our host Gianpaolo met us in person upon our arrival. Plus he also left us a welcoming gift basket of goodies. We found him very responsive and helpful offering us suggestions on what to see, do & where to eat. There is parking available right out side of the apartment. We found the outside garden to be a lovely area to relax. It is a very easy to walk to city center.
The apartment is close to the train and we thought this might be a noisy problem. If you are concerned to rent this property for this reason don't be because it was not an issue at all.
