Our host Gianpaolo met us in person upon our arrival. Plus he also left us a welcoming gift basket of goodies. We found him very responsive and helpful offering us suggestions on what to see, do & where to eat. There is parking available right out side of the apartment. We found the outside garden to be a lovely area to relax. It is a very easy to walk to city center.
The apartment is close to the train and we thought this might be a noisy problem. If you are concerned to rent this property for this reason don't be because it was not an issue at all.
Lovely recommendation close to Santa Margherita Ligure
Gianpaolo met us at the property to hand over the keys and gifted some aperitifs and local biscuits. He gave us lots of fantastic recommendations for the local area and was very helpful. The apartment was clean and the garden has lovely views. In a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minute walk to the beach.

Cozy and well located with everything you need for a short stay. The little garden is my favorite. You can have a drink after a long day with a nice view to the city. Gianpaolo was a very friendly host, greeted us personally and shared loads of information about the town. I will love to stay here again one day!
