We appreciate it that the property has a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and kettle.
Perfectly located close to the central station and the centre.
Very close to train station. Very clean, extra toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom. The beds were quite comfortable. There is a substantial air conditioning unit in the room and a net over the window so that you can open the window but not let the bugs in. You can move the net away and walk out onto the little balcony.
There is Wi-Fi and it was good and easy to log onto. Each person was provided with a large towel and a small towel. There was a fridge in the room and a coffee maker with a couple of coffee pods.
There are plenty of sockets for charging your devices.
Instructions on how to get in the building were sent by WhatsApp and we were able to communicate with the owner/manager easily.
It was very good value and convenient.
Our host was lovely and very helpful.
The room is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the shower is good/powerful.
The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes walk from Pisa Central Train Station.

I really liked the location, it was quite easy to reach by foot both from the airport and the train station. The host was super nice and honestly the best person I have ever met.
