Absolutely 5 stars for the staff, location, cleanliness and comfort, views from the apartment. Exactly as pictured. My family appreciated Bruno hugely, as well as Joey. They were always helpful, timely in responding, professional and showed care for their guests needs. The apartment itself is well maintained and gorgeous inside, allowing us a comfortable and overall positive stay. Location can't be beat.
The apartment was in a great location. We loved the deck off the kitchen and listened to the bells in the morning.. Bathroom was very nice. If you are mobility challenged know this apartment is up a few flights of stairs.
The apartment is very spacious and the balcony with gorgeous views made our stay very special. It is close to all the attractions, restaurants & shopping. We had all the facilities we needed for a very comfortable and wonderful 5 night stay.
Location was amazing! We watched the Strade Bianche from our window and it was incredible. It was a block away from Piazza del Campo, amazing restaurants and walkable to almost anywhere you would want to go.
Having a washer and dryer was so helpful and incredible since my husband and I only pack carry on luggage when traveling internationally. There is also an amazing sparkling wine shop right below the apartment, the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and so kind.
We will 100% stay here again!
