Modern, clean, quiet and great hospitality. We were welcomed by local treats and soft drinks.
Location is in the middle of the historical centre.
Communication with host (who was not there) was very good from the beginning. Check in was smooth. The flat was tastefully decorated and well furnished, roomy and spotlessly clean. Biscuits and coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine were provided. It's located in the city centre, in the nicest street in Biella. If you come by train, better ask how best to get to the flat from the main train station. We happily walked, about 20 mins to the flat.
Lovely hosts and great communication. The flat is located in the center of Biella, beautiful space, very clean with all amenities needed. The terrace, welcome drinks and teas and coffees were very appreciated.

Posizione centralissima a pulizia davvero notevole della casa. Molta disponibilità da parte del gestore e abbiamo davvero apprezzato tanto il fatto che ci abbiano fatto trovare alcuni biscotti tipici e diverse cialde di caffè.
