Valeria's apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, perfectly situated in the heart of Brindisi's old town and equipped with everything you need. Valeria is an outstanding guest. She managed to accommodate all my needs in a very professional way: she was avaliable for a late check in, supported with airport transfer, brought me an extra blanket late at night, was flexible enough to allow me to stay an extra night at her wonderful place, and even offered to pick me up from the train station upon my arrival! I highly recommend to staying at De' Villanova House when visiting Brindisi.

In a quiet residential street close to Main Street cafes and shopping. Nice new bathroom and soaps and shampoo provided. Lots of dishes and fresh towels delivered and bed sheets changed.

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need!

The location is very good - placed extremely close to the central boulevard (3 min walk), very close to the market (6 mi walk) and with parking facilities near the property without taxes, or in a large public parking lot 6 minutes away. Extremely kind host, easy to communicate with and with excellent advice. It is clearly a place where I would return if I will have any more vacation plans in Brindisi.

The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable and only 6-7 mins walk to the harbour. The owner is very helpful and available for additional requests too.
