Ivan was an absolutely perfect host, helpful above and beyond. Location is as good as it gets, metro is a minute away. Everything was crisp and clean, all possible amenities available. All in all, just right.

The host was very helpful and friendly. Excellent contact available throughout your stay. The apartment is clean, very comfortable, excellently equipped.
Ivan's daughter, Frederica greeted us on arrival where we got off the taxi. The apartment is in a private road with barriers on either end, so very secure. Frederica was very friendly, polite and very helpful.
The apartment itself was very clean with good air conditioning. There was plenty of food and drinks kept for us by Ivan, including bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk and eggs.
We stayed for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. It is very close to the metro station (though unfortunately Metro line A was closed during our stay, and had to use buses) and has easy access to transport links.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment.

In a bustling city, this accommodation felt like an oasis of tranquility. Nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to the metro, it's the perfect spot for exploring Rome. You'll find restaurants and supermarkets nearby for all your needs. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and excellently equipped. The host is friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. We received a warm welcome gift from them and were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast supplies in the fridge. On our last day, they allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost. I wholeheartedly recommend this vacation "home away from home."
