This is my second time in Luigi's apartment. Great and very safe location for me and my daughter. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a free bus that takes you to the local beaches if you don't fancy driving. There are free and paid parking facilities around. The place was clean and provided toiletries and kitchen facilities. The internet connection worked well which was a plus as I had to work a few hours a day. Also, Luigi was always available when contacted and he gave us very clear instructions upon arrival.

The apartment is well decorated and comfortable. Everything was very clean, functional, air conditioning was on when we arrived (it was a very very hot day). It had all the essentials for a pleasant vacation. Gardens around were nice and well cared for. Luigi was very informative, he took care of all the details making sure our stay was stress-free.

The host Luigi made us feel welcomed. The proximity to an array of beaches is great IF you have a car. However, there are a few local beaches if you decide not to drive. If I remember correctly, the number 5 bus takes you to Olbia. Keep in mind that they stop running around 20:00, so you'd need to find your own way back with a cab. The amenities at the property are good, though there could be some additional items e.g., kettle, swiffer, etc. There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby in case you need to pick up food or medication. This was helpful as my wife fell ill during our stay. Of course, the beautiful view of Porto Rotondo! There are many lovely restaurants where the quality of food is fantastic. Italians are proud of their food, so nothing to worry about here (unless you are really unlucky somewhere).
