Место расположения, тихий район, вид с террасы, новый дом, своя подземная парковка. Сами апартаменты новые, довольно комфортные.
Appartment well equipped. There is an underground garage which is a huge benefit specially when is hot outside but the drive way is very steep and there is no much space to park.

Spacious and modern with excellent air conditioning and fantastic views. Right beside the lake. Lovely walk along the promenade the whole way into desenzano. Staff were more than helpful and very friendly. Can store luggage at the property. Close to bus stop but the buses are infrequent and too far to walk into the centre.
