Apartment was exactly like description & pictures. Giovanni was extremely responsive & helpful, available for anything. Great air conditioning (it was July), everything for coffee (espresso maker, Moka pot, kettle), he also provided pastries for breakfast & bottled water, big TV with all streaming services (Netflix, etc.) comfortable sofa, washing machine, terrace. Also the property is in a genuine neighborhood, away from tourists but only 10 mins walk to historic center. Restaurants, cafes & markets within 2 minutes, and 10 minutes walk to central train station. I was met at the property and everything was explained. Highly recommend.
Giovanni is a perfect host! He started being very helpful even before we arrived in Italy: he contacted us over WhatsApp and gave us detailed instructions ( with pictures! ) on how to find our accommodation. During our stay, he remained in contact with us (he gave us a recommendation of what restaurants to visit ), and when we had a little situation - we didn't manage to send a package via Poste Italiane - he agreed to help us without hesitation. That is why we will definitely be back in Napoli and in his place again.
As for the apartment, it is perfect for two persons. It is located 10 minutes by foot from the old town. The kitchen is well-equipped and the Nespresso machine is a big plus.

I have spent 5 nights in Giovanni's guest house and really enjoyed it. This is well equipped appartment with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, small balcony and bedroom placed on a mezzanine. Free airport transfer when booking via booking.com. Very close to the old town, train stations and Piazza Garibaldi from most of the excursions and full day tours are departing. Some bakeries and grocery stores in close proximity. Very good contact with the owner. He agreed the late check in due to the late flight schedule. We could also leave our luggages after the check out before late flight.
Very clean, very lovely, very good equipped apartment with a small balcony and all the amenities that one needs. There were coffee pads for the coffee machine and detergent for the washing machine.
Looks just like the pictures and is a good size. Host is great amd leave stuff to make espressos and has snacks and even water in the fridge. Communication was great and he let us leave bags before check in and even leave them when checking out. Big shout out to the cleaner Maria who welcomed us and looked after our bags.
