It was automatic, I just need to tell them when I would get there and they unlock the door for us and give us instructions.
The apartment is exactly as in the pictures: large, clean and extremely comfortable, with large, comfy towels, robes, and such a lovely decoration that makes you want to spend time at the place.
The host was so kind to us, waking up to check us in at 3AM and leaving a little gift for our honey moon. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Monopoli.
Location was fantastic you are close to plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good space and it was clean. The check in and out process was very easy.
-It is just in the center, so everything is in a walking distance
-It is really easy to be in the flat. Quite small for2 adults and 3 kids, but it works.
-I loved that even though we make a last minute reservation and it was super late and raining, they had it almost ready. And as soon as we crossed the door it was warm and clean and cozy.
- The owner was super helpful and all the time in contact with us, to be sure we were ok. He solved immediately any issue we could have. Amazing!
The apartment is perfect. It is very clean, spacious and has a modern touch. The jacuzzi is very good too. Very centrally located, close to everything in the old city center. The host is amazing too. 11/10.
