The suite is in fact a single room, a very big one, with a large double bed and a set of armchairs closer to the main window, and there are two folding couches and a coffee table closer to the entrance, plus a writing desk. Virtually everything in the room and the bathroom was in a perfect working order. The folding couch made a perfectly comfortable single bed. The room seems a walk-up; there was no elevator as far as we could tell. Vercelli is a quiet town, so facing the piazza is not a problem unless there is a citywide event.

Location was great! Celebration of a holiday made it both fun and difficult to sleep. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

Great location, lovely hostess who was very helpful in getting us reservations, to the car rental location, and available if we needed her.

The guesthouse is right on the square, parking is simple, the room was lovely and plenty for 2, bathroom unexpectedly large and well appointed, access very simple. I did walk past the door a couple of times before I found it, even though the instructions were very clear. I feel so bad that I've forgotten the young lady's name but she was awesome. Attentive but never intrusive and so very helpful to us. The room is an easy and short walk to all the beautiful sites in Vercelli

Location on a shopping square. The owner was the best.
