Everything about the apartment, location in old town, very friendly and helpful management staff could not have been more wonderful! I arrived 4 hours before check-in but was able to leave my luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. It gave me the best time to explore old town which I fell in love with! Frederica in reception even helped me arrange a Tuk Tuk to take me to the train station when I sadly had to leave. The apartment is very spacious! The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are a dream! As much as I love Monopoli, I will definitely stay here again!
The staff is very welcoming and, available.there was a possibility to check in about 3 hours earlier. The place is spacious, convenient and clean, as in pictures. The location is perfect, easy to reach about 20 minutes (easy) walk from the train station, and it is inside the charming old city, close to the main sites, ex. It's close to Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia, and other historical sites. bars, coffeeshops and restaurants are a walk distance.
Location was very good in a quiet area but 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and ocean. There is a main office where we were welcomed by amazing staff who helped us check in, locate parking and show us to our room.
Great location within the centro storico, good room size, clean with good kitchen amenities and space.
Lovely character stay - yes it’s a semi cellar but there was natural light of some kind coming into every area. We found it spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out in the small quiet alley by the front door- made it into an alfresco area which felt private and fun. The kitchen was well equipped and as we are on a long touring trip it made a change to eat at home a little and also to use washing machine was helpful - I hung it all out like a local! The staff at the nearby office were always on hand and extremely helpful. A great stay. Oh and so close to all the great places in Monopoli - and there are many - yet quiet and peaceful.
