Beautifully decorated and well maintained apartment with excellent facilities. Situated directly on the beach with fabulous views from the very large terrace which had both sun & shade all day. Perfect location for regular dips in the sea and a good shower in the garden for washing off sea water. Secure on site parking is provided. Francesco & Porzia were fantastic hosts and regularly contacted us to check if everything was OK. They surprised us with a beautiful selection of pastries for breakfast on our first morning. Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby, 10 - 15 minutes to drive into Monopoli. Would stay again if visiting the area.

This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

Clean, modern, had all the amenities you can want and more. Terrace was beautiful to enjoy, especially in the morning, overlooking the beach and the sea. Porzia and Francesco were wonderful hosts. Francesco surprised us with breakfast delights one morning and it blew us away. Fresh fruit and wine on arrival was also a special addition. He was wonderful with our young daughter and always had a smile on his face! If we come back we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making us feel incredibly welcome, we loved being right by the sea in your beautiful property! Sending you lots of well wishes

Secure and private parking (shared with the apartment on ground floor, but there is plenty space). Directly to the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise. Nice walks at beach. Quiet - the road is not very far, but we didn’t notice it. The host is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions, etc. Welcome with fruit and a nice bottle of local red wine. Morning croissant on our 25th weeding anniversary (he didn’t now, but nice surprise though :-). ps.: having heard a lot rumors, we dreaded for the traffic going around with our own not very tiny car, however the traffic was very easy and not hectic. Just beware of the ZTL driving and parking zones in Monopoly.
