10 minutes to the city, private parking, a lot of space
The apartment was large and very nice. The parking garage onsite was a major plus, as we used Ostuni as a base to visit many towns within an hour or so from the apartment. In italy, parking is a real issue, so this was a major plus. The owner was very helpful. The location was really terrific. You can walk to center of town, center storico, and restaues in 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment was very well maintained, and very clean. It had both a balcony/terrace, and a large terrace in the back to eat outside.

Dimora VIALECCE was spotless clean and extremely spacious and is literally 5 minutes from the centre of Ostuni. As we were there in early July, it was great to have air conditioning. The property and off street car parking is all contained in one site, therefore, everything is very safe and secure. Giovanni was an excellent host and he was always available if we had any queries.
Just something to note, as the property is on a busy road, it can get a bit noisy late at night. But this didn't affect us and the wonderful stay that we had here.
Spacious and superbly equipped apartment with garage. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to historical center. Excellent communication with host.
