Very good residential seaside community location. The apartment is part of a block of other residential units in the very quiet and secure town of Costa Merlata. You can park your car safely very close to the unit on the street. Angela was very flexible with her checkin and was there to meet us. Very clean and well appointed unit. You can walk to the local beaches very easily otherwise you could drive to other close by beaches. Costa Merlata does not have any shops or other bars etc but it is a very central place to base yourself to visit the region with Ostuni, Monopoly and other towns all within 30 minutes. Recommended.
Wonderfull appartement in a house just a stonethrow from a nice little sandy beach. You walk 20m, have a swim and then relax at your private shaddy terrace or at the beach (they also provide umbrella and small chairs for the beach). It is very quiet (also on weekends) and totally relaxing.
The appartement is spotless clean, had the most comfortable bed we had on our 2 weeks trip and a fully equipped kitchen, if you like to cook.The terrace provides a dining-area. The AC worked really well. Totally recommended for a timeout at the beach!!! You cannot live closer to the beautifull sea.
It is very convenient to reach Ostuni for a nice dinner or to visit, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Alberobello
