Everything was five stars. The personalized attention from Sina was beyond anything (he help us in all means: booking dinners, helping with our bags and checking out the night before as we were leaving early (he make sure we have a breakfast to-go as we would not be able to take it in the venue).

Our group truly loved everything about this property from the location, views, service. The whole entire staff is very kind and welcoming. Sina went above and beyond the whole entire time to make sure that our every need was fulfilled.

The host. Sina made us so welcome ! He went out of his way to take care of us including travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and basically all of our concerns. The apartment is amazing with unbelievable views from the rooms. Varenna is charming and quaint but very well situated to transportation, train, bus, ferries! Many beautiful places in walking distance . We loved e everything and didn’t want to leave!

Very special place in Varenna. Exceptional service from Sina our host. The view is spectacular and the apartment is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone and I hope to be back again one day!

Sina, the host. He was like having our own tour guide and he treated us like family by making sure everything was "no worries. " He took care of our luggage as we arrived at 9:00 a.m. and he even found a taxi driver when we left, for a very good price, to take us to a bus in Como to Switzweland because there was no train service that week - Wow. The apartment was air-conditioned, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The view from the colorful flowered-edged balcony was spectacular! Also, the breakfast at the lovely Bar Molo was that you could order off their extensive menu and the food was delicious. All I can say was that our stay here was "Magnifico"
