Is this hotel a Netherlands based hotel.service and location
This hotel is perfect if you need to stay near Milan's Malpensa airport. One nice feature of the airport is that they offer shuttle service to/from the airport as well. However, you do need to arrange with the hotel to make reservations for you in advance as the shuttle bus is not very big. All in all, a very nice hotel to stay if you need to stay close to Milan Malpensa airport. The breakfast offered by the hotel was decent.

The concierge was very helpful in arranging a complimentary shuttle to the airport for us for the following day, as it was very busy and the normal shitttle was full. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean and felt good to relax in after a long day at the airport with delays.
Good room with everything you might need,nice breakfast. Main this hotel advantage is free shuttle bus!
